Tariffs

We take bookings all year round for up to two people with two nights minimum stay.

March through November: $135 per night — 5% discount for stays of 5 nights or more

Summer and Public Holidays: $150 per night

To secure your booking, we require a deposit of one night's stay.

If your booking has been made more than eight weeks prior to occupancy, we will require a deposit of one night's stay to confirm your booking with the remaining balance to be received by us no later than eight weeks prior to your confirmed arrival date.

If your booking is made within eight weeks prior to occupancy, we will require full payment at the time of booking.

No Shows: In the event of a "no show" we regret that no refund can be made for the period booked and paid for (or for unused days in the event of a late arrival or early departure).
